Email support@pocketwish.win with a description of the issue, your app version, and your device operating system. Cover personal details in screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, friend invitation tokens, or private list links.

Delete your Pocket Wish account and data

You can delete your account in the app's settings. If you cannot sign in or use the app, email support@pocketwish.win with the subject "Delete my Pocket Wish account" and tell us how you signed in. We will verify that you control the account before helping with deletion. Do not send a password, verification code, or full purchase receipt. Your account, wishes, images, and social links are removed. Purchased gift markers, platform transaction identifiers, digital-purchase duplicate-check data, and data required by law may need to be retained. See the Privacy Policy for details.
