Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Pocket Wish app and website operated by SHU NING LIANG ("we" or "us"). For questions, contact support@pocketwish.win.

Service and accounts

Pocket Wish lets you save wishes, organize lists, share with friends, and coordinate gifts. You may start editing a wish before signing in. Saving it to an account or using features such as friends requires signing in with Apple or Google, depending on your device. An unfinished draft may remain on your device so you can resume editing. Discarding it, clearing app data, or removing the app may erase it. Your content is saved to your account only after you receive a successful save confirmation.

Keep your device and sign-in account secure, provide only information you may use, and follow applicable law and these terms.

Sharing, friends, and reservations

Lists are private by default. When friend sharing is enabled, accepted friends who meet the access conditions can view them. An individual wish can also have a separate sharing link. While that sharing is enabled, anyone with the link may be able to see the wish, even without signing in or becoming a friend. Share the link only with people you want to receive it. Turning off sharing, removing a friend, or blocking a user can limit future access, but cannot retrieve screenshots or copies already saved by others.

A gift reservation helps coordinate a gift. It does not mean an order has been placed, payment made, or stock held. An unpaid reservation may end when it is cancelled or when the wish or access changes. A purchased marker may remain to help avoid duplicate gifts. The list owner's ordinary interface does not show the giver's identity or reservation details, but we cannot guarantee a surprise will remain secret.

Retailers and product information

Product links, images, prices, and descriptions in wishes may be outdated or inaccurate. Check them with the retailer before buying. Pocket Wish does not sell physical goods, collect their purchase payments, or guarantee imported product details, stock, or retailer performance.

Some product links may be affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase through one of them, we may receive a commission from the retailer or affiliate platform. The retailer sells the product. Its information and terms at the time of purchase govern pricing, payment, delivery, returns, and warranties.

Digital products in the app

Pocket Wish's digital shop may offer paid app appearances and other in-app products. Available items, prices, and purchase availability are shown in the app and at checkout in the Apple App Store or Google Play. These purchases are separate from physical goods at retailers. The relevant platform handles payment and refunds. We keep the purchase records needed for verification and grant use based on valid records; a refund, revocation, or invalid transaction may end that use. Availability and restoration across platforms depend on the information shown at purchase and applicable platform rules. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

Content you provide

You retain your rights in your content and allow us to store, process, and display it as needed to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or privacy-invasive content, or misuse invitations, sharing, reporting, or access features.

You can report content in the app or contact us through Support. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may restrict sharing, remove content, or act on an account that violates these terms.

Governing language

These Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are executed and published in English as the authoritative and controlling text. Any translations into Traditional Chinese, Japanese, or other languages are provided solely for convenience. In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, ambiguity, inconsistency, or gap between this English version and any translation, the English version shall govern, control, and prevail in all respects.

Changes, deletion, and contact

Networks, platform services, and maintenance may affect syncing and notifications. Check important friend and gift statuses in the app. You can delete your account in app settings or request deletion on the web. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

If the service or these terms change materially, we will update this page and give notice in an appropriate place. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
